No its not spiritual-
Its a Maori tattoo (native people of New Zealand)- yet Mike can’t even pronounce it when he was interviewed on tv (“he said it was a mayan tattoo”).
The Maori name for it is Moko

While in prison Tyson read a lot of books on Communism. He read the biographies on Stalin, Che Guevara, Mao etc…
He became very interested in this topic, their lives & philosophies of the above people-leaders. He also has a tattoo of Mao (Chinese dictator).
